This is not your main stream gym but a personal training studio. - Sessions go for a duration of 30 minutes to 60 minutes.
Sessions are further broken down into two categories of:
- Weights & Cardio Sessions
- Full Weight Sessions
- Rehabilitation
- Constant support and communication between you and your trainer.
